Philippe TRUCHE – lawyer

A graduate in social law (DESS law and social relations in companies - Institute of Labor Studies of Lyon), Maître Philippe TRUCHE is the founder of TRUCHE AVOCATS in 2012, after several years spent in business.

Benefiting from solid training and practical experience in consulting and litigation dedicated to companies and their managers, Maitre TRUCHE assists his clients on a daily basis in their issues related to social law. He intervenes upstream of all their operations by providing advice and drafting documents and thus supports his clients in each of the key stages of their projects.

A long-time partner of a federation of employers in the home help and care sector, Me TRUCHE has very specific knowledge of this sector which gives it certain expertise in the latter.

Maître TRUCHE has also been working for more than 10 years as a lecturer at the Institute of Business Administration (Université Lyon III)
